Extrait de parfum is the most concentrated form of fragrance, known for its richness, depth, and exceptional longevity. It contains a higher percentage of rare and precious ingredients, and is created through a slow, careful process that allows the fragrance to deepen and harmonize before bottling.
Fragrance is deeply personal — a reflection of your mood, energy, and individuality. It should feel instinctive. Thanks to its high concentration of fine ingredients, extrait de parfum offers superior longevity — typically lasting 6–8 hours on the skin, and often longer on clothing. For best results, apply to clean skin and avoid rubbing, which can disrupt how the fragrance unfolds.
We use a blend of high-quality natural and safe synthetic materials. Every formula adheres to the latest safety and environmental regulations set by the International Fragrance Research Association (IFRA).
To preserve the quality of your fragrance, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity — ideally in its original box or a drawer. Avoid storing it in bathrooms, where temperature changes and moisture can alter the scent over time.
Yes. Osmé fragrances are never tested on animals.
Yes. All Osmé fragrances are vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients.
Our glass bottles are hand-blown by master glassmakers in Normandy, France. The caps are crafted from upcycled rice husks, and the outer boxes are made from renewable paper and are fully recyclable.
Yes. We recommend using your fragrance within 36 months of opening to enjoy it at its best.
All Osmé products meet strict EU and IFRA safety standards. However, sensitivities can vary. We recommend testing a small amount on your skin before full use. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions if a product has been opened or used.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently ship via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground, who set their own pricing and terms. Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship by air or offer expedited options. At this time, we ship to the continental United States only (excluding P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories). To be the first to know when we expand shipping to Canada or internationally, sign up for our mailing list.
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received it, please contact us at clientservices@osmeperfume.com
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the cellophane seal intact. To request a return, please email clientservices@osmeperfume.com
Items returned without authorization cannot be accepted. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
We only offer replacements if the wrong product was sent. If this happens, we may request a photo of the item to assist our quality team and help avoid future errors.

Yes. Every order placed on osmeparfum.com includes one complimentary sample. While we don’t send free samples on their own, you’re welcome to purchase our 2ml sample sizes.
